Tamara Maynes Brisbane Bus Roll Tea Towel

via homelove
The water has subsided but the devastation of the floods on peoples lives remain.  Many have lost family and loved ones, homes, businesses and communities. It is hard to contemplate where people even start to rebuild their lives after such adversity, but they will and it will take an enormous amount of courage and perseverance over time.
Tragedies such as this, brings out the very best in the human spirit, I shed tears when the tragedy was unfolding as I watched the daily images of devestation on the news and I did so once again, as it was so heartwarming to view footage of thousands of volunteers instantly arriving at the affected area’s to lend a hand in any way, with Australians also donating so generously.
Another way to help raise money and to send to people in the area…. Tamara Maynes sells 100 per cent cotton, designed and printed in Australia Brisbane Bus Roll Tea Towels for $20 plus p + h.  She is donating 100 PER CENT of the profit to The Salvation Army QLD Flood Appeal.
