Ah Monday Already….

Another glorious weekend has passed by, and it was filled with spectacular sunshine, friends, brekkie and swims at the beach, a picnic with  family, and twilight walks.  Thank you to all of you for visiting last week and those that keep coming back.

The weekend was also tinged with sadness, witnessing the utter devestation unfolding in Japan, and my thoughts are with all those affected.  It is a poignant reminder of just how vulnerable our world and lives are to the overwhelming power of nature.

I cannot even begin to fathom, the fear people must have experienced being engulfed in something of this magnitude, and we must give to the relief effort if we are able to.  Any organisation will do but there is…www.redcross.org
To finish on a lighter note, a quote I stumbled across which I love…..

And more of this house to come soon…..

Hi Rachael…I keep coming back 🙂 I like your quote too – very apt. I just spent an evening with friends and realised how refreshing it was to just be myself. I seem to have had a few social situations lately where I have had to put on a show – and it’s exhausting! Lovely images, as ever, Lou x
